Our new labels are here

Our range of wines are looking very different.

We have now registered our Shiraz and Cabernet blocks with SAWIS for single vineyard status.  So from 2016 vintage we can put single vineyard on our labels.   This means that we are keeping the black label for only these two wines.  And once we get demeter certification for the farm, these will be the two wines which bear the demeter seal.  Currently selling our Shiraz 2011 and Cab Sav 2008, both for R230 Rand. Made from a single vineyard block of grapes, planted in 2001 and 2000 respectively.  The Chardonnay and Semillon retain their white label. Both vintages from neighbouring blocks, will be for sale at R160 per bottle.

Now for the big reveal, we have been toying with the idea for a few years, and finally have come up with what we feel suits the wines quite nicely, our brand new gentle giant vintage and newly re released cloudfall white blend.  Both aiming to reflect the important heritage of elephants in the valley, and our unique cloud formations on the elephant mountain opposite the farm.   Here they are in all there glory:
